Finca Terrerito (Finca T) is an organic & certified bird friendly farm situated in the highlands of Copan in Honduras. Steven met Harry at the PRF in El Salvador in 2023, and they kept in touch and we decided to visit in 2024. Finca Terrerito and Finca La Unica which is owned by Al’s daughter Leticia is the result of 5th generation coffee farmer Al Lopez, Harry’s father in law. The Lopez family really cares about its people, providing schooling for the worker’s children. This magnificent coffee is classically Honduran, with sweeter dark chocolate, sugarcane and mango notes.
