We pride ourselves on sourcing directly from farms we’ve personally visited, ensuring both quality and ethics in every bean. Sheard Coffee - 100% farm direct specialty coffee we have established relationships with. These single origin coffees and blends are consistent and perfect for espresso.
Symposium Coffee - limited release speciality coffees that highlight different terroir, processing methods and coffee varieties.
Steven began Symposium & Sheard Coffee when he was studying Philosophy in London. Since moving back to Norwich to be closer to his family he has built his own roastery, investing in an electric roaster that runs on entirely clean energy as opposed to gas, and state of the art packaging facilities. He is helped by his Wife, Catriona who is a soil microbiologist at the John Innes Centre, and hindered by their puppy Penny.
